TFT Is Coming To Mobile Phones On March 19
At last, Riot Games announced the release of Teamfight Tactics for iOS and Android, the organization’s first Mobile Game title.
Riot Games revealed its plans this month to launch Teamfight Tactics on both Android and iOS.
Information about the exciting TFT Mobile port was anticipated to be announced in 2020, and it doesn’t appear as if fans are going to have to wait long to download and dive into the action. The auto battler has been out on PC for several months now and is now willing to make the leap to iOS and Android. Riot revealed on Tuesday afternoon that on March 19, TFT would be arriving on mobile devices.
The game’s mobile iteration arrives at a fascinating time for TFT, as Galaxies Set 3 is about to launch. The extensive Galaxies experience will be available for mobile users including the new units, Galaxies Pass and the premium Galaxies Pass+. TFT Mobile will also come with full cross-play across mobile and PC.
This is the first major mobile release by Riot and the first time that cross-play between smartphone and Desktop is being presented. As with the game’s PC release, Teamfight Tactics ‘ mobile installment will also feature Little Legends, Arena Skins, and Ranked Play. In essence, the very same game experience only with a mobile UI.
Riot has plans to announce several new titles across platforms, including mobile porting Legends of Runeterra and the company’s first title beyond the LoL Universe, VALORANT.
League of Legends Wild Rift is also scheduled to debut this year in open beta on Android and iOS devices, though specifics are still to be released.
TFT Mobile Release Date
- TFT will be free to download when it’s released on Thursday, March 19 on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
